Open the door

Chefchaouen is a charming town perched on a mountainside in the North of Morocco. Its whitewashed walls and blue painted doors give it a special appeal.

A maze of winding streets make up the old part of town, where some remnants of its Spanish heritage still give this place a unique flavour. I was inspired by the mezmerising blues of all shades and hues. The quiet streets invited me to discover their secrets as I picked my way up stairways, under archways and around countless corners.
